JC Penney’s new ad for Father’s Day
The text reads:
“First Pals: What makes Dad so cool? He’s the swim coach, tent maker, best friend, bike fixer and hug giver—all rolled into one. Or two.” The text at the bottom reads: “Real-life dads, Todd Koch and Cooper Smith with their children Claire and Mason.”

His name is Lior. He happens to be one of my very good friends. We worked on a general self esteem issues today. We used the BSFF technique. It means Be Set Free Fast, which is an energy based therapy. Lior said that he had been working on it for ten years, and I am the only person who he has used it on, other than his wife. We discussed if I was okay with it, and of course I said yes. The technique is very very powerful, very fast. It was very draining, but we figured out many traumas that occurred during my life that were blocking me from having a better experience of life and that those I was/am close to were suffering because of. I found out that whilst I don’t need to control the situation and others, I must be in control of myself, something that surprised me greatly. I found I was not scared of death (something I thought I would be) but I was scared of the death of people around me. Apparently the reason I think I will never be good enough, and the insecurity about my body stem from a trauma I experienced at age 15, and then another at age 17. Who knew? Certainly not me. But with the help of BSFF and the energy based therapy techniques, I have managed, in less than an hour, to be free from many of my problems.
And the best part?
I felt totally fucked the whole time.
